Secondary Cleaner

- Application-specific tungsten carbide blades: Wear-Resistant (WR) for abrasives or Impact-Resistant (IR) for rogue material risk.
- Linear spring tensioner provides consistent pressure and compensates for wear automatically.
- Splice-compatible C-Tips (mechanical) and V-Tips (vulcanized) to protect belt integrity.
Ideal For: Cement dust, coal fines, and other sticky or moist materials requiring a final clean.

Return Belt Plow
Wallace Series
A critical protection system, not just a cleaner. The V-Plow prevents catastrophic damage to your tail pulley and take-up systems.
- Deflects fugitive rocks and lumps from the clean side of the return belt before the tail pulley.
- Floating, self-adjusting design uses its own weight to maintain blade-to-belt contact.
- Classic V-shape discharges debris to both sides, preventing buildup and mistracking.
- Durable, low-friction Polyurethane or UHMWPE blade options for long wear life.
Function: Insurance against belt punctures, tears, and tail pulley damage.
Installation: Just before the tail pulley on the return belt side.
